Complaints Information:
I strive to provide a good service to my clients at all times. However, if you are dissatisfied with a service that I have provided, I would invite you (within three months of the cause of the complaint) to:
- Contact me directly (by telephone) to discuss the nature of and/ or the complaint
- If we can not resolve the complaint informally, to put it in writing (email to enquiries@plclegal.org) and allow me 14 days to respond more fully
- If you are not satisfied with the final response you receive, you can make a complaint to the Legal Ombusdsman (this must be done within six months of the date of the final response).
