My hourly rate is £250.00

Each client is entitled to a free 15 minute telephone consultation where I can set out the likely fee for any work, once more information is provided.
For any drafting work, I aim to complete work within a 7 day time frame, unless of course the client’s instructions change or matters evolve, in which case we will renegotiate the date for delivery of the document.

The following are examples of typical fees for the type of work I can do:

• Drafting Particulars of Claim: starting from £750.00
• Drafting Appeal Grounds: starting from £500.00
• Drafting a skeleton argument for an Appeal: starting from £750.00
• Drafting an application to the Court: £250.00 - £500.00 (depending on complexity)
• Drafting a witness statement, up to 2 pages: £500.00
• Drafting a witness statement, up to 10 pages: £1000.00

Obviously every set of instructions is different and the above is only for guidance and does not constitute a quotation. Full quotations are always provided on receipt of instructions.
